  • Activity Manager (previously Activity Calendar) has a new and improved "Approval" feature. It is now possible to send an approval request to your manager to participate in the event. The request is sent to the manager's email. Once the manager accepts or rejects, the user is notified via email as well.

  • It is required to create a new list for the "approval" function in Activity Manager.

  • Create a list with the following site columns (create the columns from list settings, not from the list itself):
    • ActivityId : number
    • Email : single line of text
    • ActivityName : single line of text
    • UserId : number
    • Manager : Person (do not allow selection of groups)
    • RegistrationTime : Date and time (include time)
